I built a custom time system in Unity where every object in the scene derives from a common base class, TimelineObject, allowing centralized and precise control over time.
Using a custom timeline and clip-based UI, players can edit the start and end times of scene elements—such as falling rocks, the player character, and masks—turning gameplay into an act of video editing.
